Before you Buy

Who Can Participate

Eligible buyers include schools, colleges, government agencies, tribes, emergency service organizations and qualifying nonprofits. Start with the registration path for your entity's state.

Membership is Free

Texas entities must submit the required Interlocal Agreement; TIPS does not permit online enrollment for Texas entities.

Have Ready

Your membership details, the awarded vendor's name, contract number, quote, purchase order and any required internal approvals. For a reseller purchase, first confirm the reseller is authorized on the awarded vendor's TIPS profile.
